I share how I’m making an initiative to save money and find roommates to move to Boston. I’ve learned that feeling stuck is often a sign—it’s time to grow and change something in your life.

Here, I reflect on how The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*** by Mark Manson changed my perspective. One key takeaway: seeking a positive experience can actually be a negative experience because you focus too much on what you don’t have. There’s beauty in the struggle—working toward a goal gives you purpose. Often, people feel lost once they’ve achieved everything they set out to do.

Social media is a form of self-expression, and you should feel free to post whatever you want. Most people aren’t paying as much attention as you think. If your message is positive and authentic, it’s worth sharing.

Day 24: De-Influencing You

There’s a lot of pressure from influencers to follow beauty, fitness, or lifestyle trends, but the truth is, what works for one person won’t always work for another. In this video, I encourage you to focus on what’s best for you and ignore the noise.

Day 25: Start Prioritizing How Your Life Feels Over How It Looks

Our ego often tells us to prove we have a glamorous life, but what matters most is how our life feels. Instead of focusing on appearances, start asking yourself, How do my actions make me feel?

Day 26: The One Thing Every Successful Person Does

Every successful person takes responsibility for their actions. They know that no one is coming to save them. It’s also important to distinguish between responsibility and fault—they’re not the same thing.

Day 27: How to Level Up Physically and Mentally

I share some tips that have helped me level up:

  • A consistent skincare routine

  • My workout routine

  • The mindset of not caring what others think

Day 28: Stop Overanalyzing Every Emotion

Sometimes, emotions don’t have deep meanings—they’re just reactions to your circumstances. Feelings are temporary, and not everything needs to be overanalyzed.

The only person you need to prove yourself to is you. Once you realize that, life gets a lot easier.
