One of the most empowering lessons I’ve learned is the importance of investing in yourself. When life throws challenges your way—like a breakup or a difficult time in your career—it’s crucial to focus on what you can control. You can’t change external circumstances, but you can choose to put effort into your personal growth. Whether it’s learning a new skill, hitting the gym, or picking up a new hobby, channel your energy into becoming the best version of yourself.

In this video, I open up about a breakup I went through a few months ago. It taught me so much about healing and moving forward. I talk about how feelings come in waves and that it’s okay to have tough days—just don’t be hard on yourself. Staying busy by pursuing goals and visualizing your dream partner (and how they’d compare to your ex) are practical ways to move on. It’s all about reminding yourself that better things are ahead.
